Halloween Decorating....

I just had to share this fun project with you as it is "Spooktacular!"
If you haven't already tried using some decoupage and the vinyl words from Uppercase Living, you need to give it a whirl!

Supplies:
Unfinished Board from Joann's or any craft store
Glitter (I used black and "glow-in-the dark" white)
Craft Paint
Vintage Ribbon (or any ribbon you have on hand)
Expression from Uppercase Living
Decoupage
Drill
Charms
Needle and thread

Simply paint the board the desired color and let dry thoroughly. Apply a second coat if necessary.
Rub on the expression from Uppercase Living
Apply two coats of Decoupage. While this isn't necessary for the expression to stick, I found if very useful for adhering the glitter.
Sprinkle glitter to your liking on the first coat of wet decoupage.
You can always add more glitter with the second coat as necessary.
When completely dry (a day or two) - drill two holes for the ribbon.
Tie knots in the ribbon through the holes.
Sew two charms on either knot.
Hang accordingly.
