GCDC Members Present Home Decorating Extravaganza at Mangels of Long Grove

< Sue Lynk of Lynk Home Transformations, Kathleen Cosanzo of Scenes by Kathleen, Nancy Winchester of Feather Your Nest and Judy Pelinski of Fresh Look Interiors all brought their decorating expertise to attendess of Mangels of Long Grove Home Decorating Extravaganza to benefit Special Leisure Services Foundation. Sue of Lynk Home Transformations showed how to turn an outdated piece of furniture into and heirloom without pre-sanding or priming!!!! Kathleen of Scenes by Kathleen taught tips and techniques for fabulous spring and summer table-top vignettes while Nancy of Feather Your Nest explained how Redesign gives homeowners a whole new look, using what they have, all in one afternoon!!!  Judy of Fresh Look Interiors talked about the Top Ten Decorating Mistakes seen over and over and how to avoid them in your space. Attendees of the sold-out event where treated to wine and food by local vendors while gaining knowledge from the presenters. Mark, owner of Mangels, declared the event a rousing success and has set forth plans for another such event in the Fall.....watch the blog for details!
